Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains, in plain terms, how cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds work for bookings, one-off packages, and monthly retainers purchased through awesome-seo.com. It forms part of our Terms (CGV).

1. Booked consultations and audit slots

A scheduled free-audit call or a scheduled delivery slot can be cancelled or rescheduled at no cost up to 24 hours before it's due to start. Cancelling or moving it within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 50% fee of any associated booking value, to reflect the slot held.

2. One-off packages (e.g. audits, fix sprints, content packs, link batches, campaign builds)

• If work has not yet started, you may withdraw within the 14-day statutory period (see Terms, clause 6) for a full refund.
• If you asked us to start immediately and acknowledged the withdrawal waiver at checkout, no refund applies once performance is complete; if you cancel while performance is only partly complete, you owe an amount proportional to the work already delivered, and any balance is refunded.
• Outside the statutory withdrawal period, a one-off package that has already started is non-refundable, reflecting the fixed-scope work already committed and, in most cases, delivered or in progress.

3. Monthly retainers

Retainers carry a 3-month minimum term. After that minimum term, ending a retainer requires 30 days' written notice to support@awesome-seo.com. No partial-month refund is given for a month already begun when notice is given or when the retainer ends — the final month is delivered and invoiced in full.

4. How to request a cancellation or refund

Email support@awesome-seo.com with your order reference. We reply within 1 business day with confirmation and, where a refund applies, the amount and expected timing.

5. Processing time

Where a refund is due, we process it within 14 days of confirming eligibility.
